Oscars

In honor of tonight's Oscars I have to share with you my recent experience with the handsome host.  During the Sundance Film Festival a few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. James Franco. For him, it was love at first sight.  Kidding - but he did stare at me eye to eye for at least 30 seconds straight which is what prompted my asking for a photo.
He has my vote for best actor in 127 hours which was filmed right here in Utah.

Of course we had been skiing all day at Park City Mountain Resort and looked a little rough

Emily and I love to go to Park City during Sundance and scout out the stars.  Its a relatively small town only about a 20 minute drive from my house so its not too difficult to bump into a few famous people due to the flood of celebrities that come to town for the event.

Back to the Oscars - I'm super excited for tonight. My friend, Suzanne hosts an annual Oscar's party.  All of the girls dress up for the red carpet, make oscar inspired dish (epicurious.com has a great menu with recipes), and submit ballots to predict the winners in order to win prizes.

David and I along with some friends spent all day yesterday skiing in PC. It was an epic day with 30 inches of fresh powder on top of the almost 4 feet we got last weekend.  I'll share some pictures later.
